Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. Section 2 says nothing on this site is advice. Section 4 says the leagues are private and self-run, and that AllandaleSports takes no money from them. Sections 9 through 12 limit our liability and require individual arbitration of disputes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
AllandaleSports, a Castle Island Company ("AllandaleSports," "we," "us"), operates allandalesports.com and its related pages, tools, reports, articles, models, data and league software (together, the "Site"). By visiting, browsing, creating an account on, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to every page of the Site, whether or not a page links to them.
2. Not Advice. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only.
Everything on the Site, including articles, reports, betting and player-prop evaluations, DFS projections, lineups and optimizer output, player and team grades, rankings, models, indexes, picks, odds, lines, statistics and commentary (together, "Content"), is published for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, betting, gambling, legal, tax or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation or solicitation to place any wager, enter any contest, or buy, sell or trade anything.
- AllandaleSports is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, sportsbook, bookmaker, tout service or daily fantasy sports operator. We do not accept, place, broker or settle wagers of any kind.
- Terms borrowed from finance, such as "market," "bullish," "bearish," "buy," "sell," "hold," "value," "exchange" and "index," describe opinions about athletes' on-field production. They do not describe securities, commodities or any financial product, and nothing on the Site can be bought, sold or traded for money.
- You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial, legal or wagering decision.
3. Independent, Data-Driven Research — No Guarantee
Our Content is independent research built from data and models. It reflects our opinions at the time of publication and may change without notice.
- Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Projections, grades, probabilities and picks are estimates, not predictions of certainty, and no result is guaranteed. Past performance, including any published record of past picks, does not indicate future results.
- Content relies on data from third parties, including statistics providers, injury reports, odds feeds and news sources. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and so can our models and our analysis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any Content.
- Content is general in nature and does not account for your personal circumstances, finances or risk tolerance.
4. Private, Self-Run Leagues — No Compensation
The fantasy leagues found on the Site (each a "League") are private leagues, run by their own members. They are not public contests, and they are not offered, sponsored or operated for profit by AllandaleSports.
- AllandaleSports receives no compensation of any kind for the existence or operation of any League. We charge no fee to create, join or play in a League, and we take no rake, commission, house share, administrative fee or any portion of any entry fee or prize.
- AllandaleSports does not collect, hold, escrow, process, transfer or distribute any money in connection with any League, and the Site does not accept payments for League participation.
- Membership in a League is by invitation only and is subject to approval by that League's commissioner.
- Each League is self-run by its commissioner and members. Any entry fee, prize or other arrangement among members is a private agreement solely between those members. AllandaleSports is not a party to it, does not guarantee it, and is not responsible for any amount owed, unpaid, disputed or lost under it.
- A League commissioner acts as a member of that League and not as an employee, agent or representative of AllandaleSports, even where the commissioner is affiliated with AllandaleSports.
- Members, not AllandaleSports, are solely responsible for making sure their participation, and any arrangement among them, complies with the laws of the place where they live and play, and for reporting and paying any taxes on any winnings.
- Our League software is a free tool that members use to keep their own scores, rosters and standings. Providing it does not make AllandaleSports an operator, host, sponsor or promoter of any contest.
5. Eligibility and Your Own Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or create an account. Betting and daily-fantasy Content is intended only for people who are of legal age to wager in their own jurisdiction (21 or older in most U.S. states). You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, and for every decision you make, including any wager or contest entry, whether or not you made it after reading our Content. You use the Site and the Content at your own risk.
6. Accounts
Accounts are free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close any account, or remove any user from the Site, at any time and for any reason.
7. Conduct and Fair Play
- All roster moves, trades and transactions must be made in good faith.
- Collusion between members, including but not limited to non-competitive trades, is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
- Tanking — intentionally fielding a suboptimal lineup to influence playoff seeding — is prohibited.
- Members found in violation of fair play rules may be removed from their League at the commissioner's discretion. Any consequence under a private arrangement among members is a matter for those members.
- You may not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute Content, interfere with the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Commissioner Authority
Each League's commissioner has final authority over that League's decisions, including dispute resolution, rule interpretation and disciplinary action. Commissioner decisions made in good faith are final and binding among that League's members. AllandaleSports does not review or overturn commissioner decisions and is not responsible for them.
9. No Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that scores, standings, lineups or data will be correct or delivered on time.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLANDALESPORTS, CASTLE ISLAND COMPANY AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND LEAGUE COMMISSIONERS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH (THE "ALLANDALE PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE CONTENT OR ANY LEAGUE, INCLUDING ANY WAGERING, CONTEST, TRADING OR FINANCIAL LOSS; LOST PROFITS OR WINNINGS; LOSSES FROM RELYING ON ANY CONTENT; DISPUTES AMONG MEMBERS; PLATFORM OUTAGES OR DATA ERRORS; OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. IF ANY ALLANDALE PARTY IS FOUND LIABLE DESPITE THIS SECTION, ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS COMBINED WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; in that case they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
11. Release and Indemnification
You release the Allandale Parties from all claims arising from any dispute between you and any other user or League member, including disputes over entry fees, prizes or payments. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Allandale Parties from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any Content, your participation in any League or private arrangement among members, any wager or contest entry you make, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
12. Disputes, Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Content or any League will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and AllandaleSports each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
13. Intellectual Property and Third Parties
The Site, its design and its Content, including our models, grades and indexes, belong to AllandaleSports or its licensors. You may view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. The Site may show or link to third-party data, odds, sportsbooks, platforms and websites; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for them. Team and league names and marks belong to their owners, and AllandaleSports is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NHL, NBA, any team, any players' association, or any sportsbook or fantasy operator.
14. Changes and General Terms
We may change these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the rest of these Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with each League's published rules, are the entire agreement between you and AllandaleSports about the Site.
